【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheprocedureforevaluatingthebehaviourofanorganiccoatingonametallicsubstrateduringandafteroutdoorexposure.Paneldesign,preparationandtheprocedureforoutdoorexposureareperformedinaccordancewithEN13523-19.Afterwashingofthepanelsomedirtcanremainonthepanel.Thisremainingdirtcaninfluencetheaccuracyandprecisionofreadingsofglossandcolour,performedonexposedpanels,althoughcarriedoutinaccordancewiththestandards.Unlikeotherprecisemeasurements,theobjectiveofthisEuropeanStandardistoreportontrendsinthecorrosionand/orpaintdegradationbehaviourofcoilcoatedpanels.

【摘要】:Theabsorbanceofliquidsandtheabsorptivityofliquidandsolidsatspecifiedwavelengthsintheultravioletareusefulincharacterizingpetroleumproducts.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementoftheultravioletabsorptionofavarietyofpetroleumproducts.Itcoverstheabsorbanceofliquidsortheabsorptivityofliquidsandsolids,orboth,atwavelengthsintheregionfrom220to400nmofthespectrum.1.2Theuseofthistestmethodimpliesthattheconditionsofmeasurementx2014;wavelength,solvent(ifany),samplepathlength,andsampleconcentrationx2014;arespecifiedbyreferencetooneoftheexamplesoftheapplicationofthistestmethodintheannexesorbyastatementofotherconditionsofmeasurement.1.3Examplesoftheapplicationofthistestmethodarethedeterminationoftheabsorbanceofwhitemineraloil,theabsorptivityofrefinedpetroleumwax,andtheabsorptivityofUSPpetrolatum.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.ThevaluesstatedinFahrenheit,feet,andinches,indicatedinparentheses,areforinformationonly.1.5Warningx2014;MercuryhasbeendesignatedbyEPAandmanystateagenciesasahazardousmaterialthatcancausecentralnervoussystem,kidney,andliverdamage.Mercury,oritsvapor,maybehazardoustohealthandcorrosivetomaterials.Cautionshouldbetakenwhenhandlingmercuryandmercury-containingproducts.SeetheapplicableproductMaterialSafetyDataSheet(MSDS)fordetailsandEPAx2019;swebsite(http://www.epa.gov/mercury/faq.htm)foradditionalinformation.Usersshouldbeawarethatsellingmercuryormercury-containingproducts,orboth,inyourstatemaybeprohibitedbystatelaw.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificwarningstatements,see7.3.1,7.3.3,and13.4.
