【摘要】:1Thispracticecoversmaterialsdescription,dosimeterpreparation,instrumentation,andproceduresforusingthealanine-EPRdosimetrysystemformeasuringtheabsorbeddoseinmaterialsirradiatedwithphotonsandelectrons.Thesystemisbasedonelectronparamagneticresonance(EPR)spectroscopyoftheaminoacidalanine.Itisclassifiedasareferencestandarddosimetrysystem(seeGuideE1261).2Thispracticecoversalanine-EPRdosimetrysystemsfordosemeasurementsunderthefollowingconditions:2.1Theabsorbeddoserangeisbetween1and10Gy.2.2Theabsorbeddoserateisupto10Gysforcontinuousradiationfieldsandupto10Gysforpulsedradiationfields(1,2).2.3Theradiationenergyrangeforphotonsisbetween0.1and50MeVandforelectronsisbetween0.3and50MeV(1,2).2.4Theirradiationtemperatureisbetween-60and+90℃(2,3).3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinforma-tiononly.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappro-priatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplica-bilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
