【摘要】:Thesetestmethodsdefineamethodfordeterminingbatperformancebymeasuringthebat-ballcoefficientofrestitution(BBCOR),derivingtheballexitspeedratio(BESR),andcalculatingabatted-ballspeed(BBS).Itisapplicabletobaseballandsoftballbatsofanyconstructionormaterial.Thetestmethodsprovidequantitativemeasuresofbatdynamicperformancethatmaybeusedforcomparisonpurposes.TheBBCOR,BESR,andBBSareeachcalculatedfrommeasurementstakeninthelaboratoryontestequipmentmeetingtherequirementsdefinedinthisspecification.Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesandtodeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
