【摘要】:ThispartofISO21549isapplicabletosituationsinwhichsuchdataarerecordedonortransportedbypatienthealthcardscompliantwiththephysicaldimensionsofID-1cardsdefinedbyISO7810.ThispartofISO21549specifiesthebasicstructureofthedatacontainedwithinthemedicationdataobject,butdoesnotspecifyormandateparticulardata-setsforstorageondevices.ThepurposeofthispartofISO21549isforcardstoprovideinformationtootherhealthprofessionalsandtothepatientortotheirnon-professionalcaregiver.Itmayalsobeusedtocarryanewprescriptionfromtheprescribertothedispenser/pharmacyinthedesignofitssets.Medicationdataincludesthefollowingfourcomponents:--medicationnotes:thelistofallmedicationforapatient;--medicationprescriptions:tocarryanewprescriptionfromtheprescribertothedispenser/pharmacy;--medicationdispensed:therecordsofmedicationsboughtbythepatient;--medicationreferences:pointerstoothersystemsthatcontaininformationthatmakesupamedicationprescriptionandtheauthoritytodispense.Inordertofacilitateinteroperability,wheneveranapplicationisbuiltforuseinthehealthcaredomainincompliancewiththispartofISO21549,dataitemsrequiredforthatapplicationshallbedrawnfromthelistofobjects(someofwhichareextensible)asprovidedinClauses6to8.TheseshallthenbeusedinconjunctionwithotherdatadefinedinotherpartsofthispartofISO21549.ThedetailedfunctionsandmechanismsofthefollowingservicesarenotwithinthescopeofthispartofISO21549(althoughitsstructurescanaccommodatesuitabledataobjectselsewherespecified):--theencodingoffreetextdata;securityfunctionsandrelatedservicesthatarelikelytobespecifiedbyusersfordatacardsdependingontheirspecificapplication,e.g.:confidentialityprotection,dataintegrityprotectionandauthenticationofpersonsanddevicesrelatedtothesefunctions;--accesscontrolservicesthatmaydependonactiveuseofsomedatacardclassessuchasmicroprocessorcards;theinitializationandissuingprocess(whichbeginstheoperatinglifetimeofanindividualdatacard,andbywhichthedatacardispreparedforthedatatobesubsequentlycommunicatedtoitaccordingtothispartofISO21549).ThefollowingtopicsarethereforebeyondthescopeofthispartofISO21549:--physicalorlogicalsolutionsforthepracticalfunctioningofparticulartypesofdatacard;--howthemessageisprocessedfurther"downstream"oftheinterfacebetweentwosystems;--theformwhichdatatakeforuseoutsidethedatacard,orthewayinwhichsuchdataarevisiblyrepresentedonthedatacardorelsewhere.Itshouldbenotedthatnotonlythedefinitionof"medicinalproducts"differsfromcountrytocountry,butalsothesamenamemayrelatetoentirelydifferentproductsinsomecountries.Therefore,specialattentionshouldbemadeforthesafetyofpatient,whenthecardisusedacrossbordersAsamatterofcourse,exchangeofprescriptionacrossbordersmustfollowalllaws,instructions,rules,termsandtreatiesbetweenthesaidtwocountries.
